In Jabber 11.9.x, there was an indication for missed calls and/or voicemail messages in Jabber dock window. Since Jabber 12.x there is no indication for missed calls and/or voicemail messages in the minimized dock window. In the task bar is a indication on the Jabber icon. However, sometimes Jabber is in minimized to background and not visible in task bar, users didn’t recognize missed calls.
Has anyone same findings or maybe a solution?
Thanks!

Hi,
I tried your scenario on Cisco Jabber v11.9.3 and v12.6.1 and you are correct about missed call and/or voicemail messages indication.
In Jabber 11.9.x, the docked window used to be long and it showed an indication for missed calls and/or voicemail messages.
In Jabber 12.x, there is shortcut version of docked window which doesn't show missed calls and/or voicemail messages indication but if you move cursor over to this shorter version, the docked window expands and then shows missed calls and/or voicemail message indication.
It may be because of new design or code of newer version of Cisco Jabber.
