out of compliance license warning

I am receiving out of compliance license warning in CMM 3.x. what will be the impact ?

Hi Subhan,

Up to 90 days, you will get warnings in the CMM.

After 90 days, you get a 30 sec Text on Screen notification and an audio prompt on every meeting you create.

After, 180 days,  you get an entire meeting Text on Screen notification and an audio prompt on every meeting you create.

To fix this, you need to do one of the following:

1. Add licenses in your smart account and configure allowance in CMM.
2. Reduce usage to meet entitled licensing.

After reducing usage to desired level, still prompt of 30 sec is coming. How to resolve this?
