sometime it shows me the IM & More option in Outlook and sometime not and same for the user it show me the user online in outlook and sometimes not,

refer to the following section ; "Enable Presence Integration with Microsoft Outlook";

To enable integration with Microsoft Outlook, you specify SIP:user@cupdomain as the value of the proxyAddresses attribute in Microsoft Active Directory. Users can then share availability in Microsoft Outlook.

please anwser the below SIP value to add in the AD

windows login user id: sam966

Internal domain:abc.uk

Presence Domain: abc.uk

External domain: samuel@abc.gov.uk

 SIP:user@cupdomain. i.e sam966@abc.uk

you are correct; you will want to use the proxy address with the following field;

 SIP:sam966@abc.uk ( for test user with uid as sam966)
