Problem installing Cisco Jabber

Good day,
Currently we handle a product of Cisco Jabber, this product when installed on a computer tells us that there is already an installed version and does not allow us to install by checking Control Panel programs option does not have any version of Cisco Jabber installed in the equipment. Deputy error message image generated by us.

Hi Diego,
Do you see anything in C:\Program Files (x86)\Cisco Systems\Cisco Jabber (or) C:\Program Files \Cisco Systems\Cisco Jabber (Depending on your OS). If you see this folder (Cisco Jabber), please try deleting it completely and also delete Jabber related files in APPDATA and temp folders. After doing these, try installing it again to see if that helps.
