Problem loading page when trying to open web.ciscospark.com. Error "Secure Connection Failed"

I am unable to access the web.ciscospark.com from Firefox/ IE browser with a return error " Secure Connection Failed" though I can access via Mobile apps.

No we don't use proxy.

I like to rephrase the problem, I only got the error after I click the "Sign In" option in the web.ciscospark.com web page.

Since Im trying from my Corporate Network with Firewall sitting n between me and public Network, could it be the firewall are blocking certain port that required for the Spark Sign In ?
