problem with Report CUIC agent not ready reason code summary

Hi people ,

i have a problem with one report in CUIC .. 
the report agent not ready reason code summary takes a lot of time to come out and sometimes I get time out in CUIC 

i cleared the cache , and i opened case to TAC to check my DB and TAC said every thing is good ..   

anyone have idea? 

my version - 12.5.1.11001-348 (SU1-ES03)

as my experience in my projects, 
in version 12.5 of UCCX, it's better to upgrade at least to SU2-ES04
because versions before what i said, has many bugs & issues..

if it's possible for you, upgrade & apply patches.. and check the issue again..
