Jabber notifications delayed or missing

Hello Cisco Community,

in our enviroment we use a Cisco CUCM on premise running 12.5 and Cisco Jabber on a Citrix VDI with Windows 10. A user using a CSF softphone tells that when they receive pickup notifications of calls on other users, the notifications often arrive with a delay or not at all.

How can i further investigate the cause of this problem?

Best regards,

usually "Call Pickup" has no more thing to check..

i suggest to update Jabber Software to latest version (i think for windows 14.3 is latest..)

& also update & install latest patch's on your CUCM
(for-exmaple: if you have cucm 12.5.11900 SU1 >> update it to latest SU >> which cucm 12.5.18901 SU8a..)

and then contact cisco TAC..

for delay, you can decrease timer of call-pickup from this path:
call routing >> call pickup group >> choose your one >> Call Pickup Group Notification Timer..

for not receiving at all, update jabber software + make sure other members are in correct call pickup group in their line setting..

Hi @Mohammadreza Hadi I checked in the pickup configuration but I am afraid is not a matter of a timeout.

The claimed delay is much more long than the notification timer (about 12 seconds instead of 6). Additionally it looks like a randomic problem. Sometimes it works, sometimes is delayed, sometimes not works at all.

Do I have to contact the Cisco support or is there any additional checks I should perform? I only tried to reset Jabber until now...
