Hello everyone, we have a problem with the status display in Jabber version 12.5.1. Currently only some IT staff members have version 12.5.1 for testing. The remaining employees of the company are still using 11.9.2.
The problem: If you search for a person via the search bar of the conversation window, the correct status is displayed first. If you delete the search and search for the same person again, it is suddenly displayed as offline. It does not always happen and not with all persons. Sometimes the problem only occurs if you have searched a few times for the person. It doesn't matter if the person you are looking for uses the new or the old version.
The status will only be displayed correctly if you restart Jabber or if the status of the person changes. If you write a message or call the person, the correct status will also be displayed again.
In version 11.9.2 the problem cannot be reproduced by us, here the status is always displayed correctly.
Does anybody have the same problem? Or an idea of what it could be?
