Push the directory groups to all users - automation

I configured the enterprise directory group and I am successfully able to add into the cisco jabber end-user manually. Can anyone tell me is there any way to push the directory group to all users rather than adding individual user manually?

Jabber - 12.6

UCM - 12.0

I tried it in my lab environment and I do not think it is possible to push enterprise directory groups to all users. You can refer to below post which mentions the same thing:
