Hello,
Currently using CUPS 8.6.5 and was wanting to remove old chat rooms that had been created by past staff members etc...
It looks like they created these rooms using CUPC and now they are appearing in Jabber but i cant delete as they are classed as the "Administrator" of the room etc...
Is there any way in CUPS to delete these even if it is via some SQL?

We have a similar issue, CUCM / IMP 9.1 with J4W. The initial feedback from Cisco was that customers would need to create Persistent Chat Rooms in CUPC or an alternative XMPP client. Enabling the IMP 9.1 and Postgress backend and client XML presents the Chat Rooms tab in J4W 10.6 and users can create and administer these, however, we cannot find a way for a "Super Admin" to monitor and perform housekeeping.
Thanks
Brian

I figured it out…
Delete them via the postgre SQL servers. Done!
