sometime the customer is experiencing call failure only when making RMA jabber calls to PSTN when using wifi connection from his mobile phones , calls made using his data plan on his mobile go through fine?
like both calls are coming from the internet but one goes through while the other dont sometime?
where can i see the calls being made and why they are dropping?

Look at the debugs from the GW and the CUCM traces to compare the calls.
