Self Care Portal issues with Username and Password

Hi Guys,

I have the follow scenario:

The CUCM is in Brazil and I have the User in Brazil and User in two another countrys.

The User in Brazil are in the AD and the access to Self Care Portal worked fine

The User that are in another in country (have another Domain) are configured as Local User in the CUCM, in this condition when the User try to do login receive the message: invalid username or passord, please, try again. Is not clear if this problem can be related with Domain or authentication or another thing.

In modern versions of CUCM local and LDAP-synced users can coexist. If you have created the local user, set the password, and ensured the account isn’t locked, they should be able to login IF they are a member of the Standard CCM End Users group.
