Sending Webex invitation via SMS text messaging

I see from older Webex documentation that we used to be able to send Webex invitations via SMS messaging from within the Webex portal. The documentation says it has to be enabled by the site administrator. I've looked through all the settings in the Webex administration and cannot find it to turn on.  Does anyone know how I can turn it on? Has this been discontinued?  It would be nice to have it back.

I’m aware of an option for this in current WBS33 / Control Hub sites. You may want to ask your Webex CSM to be sure; there are features which aren’t visible by default.
