Service *type* discovery in Jabber for Windows

Hi Folks,

In Jabber for Windows 10.5 connecting to CUPS, we have a problem where service discovery for the CUPS server works, but not that the service the user ought connect to is CUPS.  This means that if a user attempts to log in without configuring their client (as they shouldn't have to do), they're unable to log in, but if they go into advance settings and select "Cisco IM & Presence" they can.  They don't have to change the "use the default server" option, because once they specify that it's cups, a SRV record tells them where the server is.  How can I automate the TYPE of server that is automatically discovered?
