Sharing content without an App?

Hi,

Is it possible with the Webex Room kit and Room kit mini to wirelessly share content without installing any of the apps (teams or webex connect)? Is there a URL you can use to share as per the zoom solution: ( https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/202953799 )

Hi,

With WebEx devices, there is no URL to share your content wirelessly. The Cisco Webex Meetings or Cisco Webex Teams app must be connected to the device in order for you to share wirelessly.

With Zoom you're using a plug in, but ultimately it's connecting to the Zoom service/meeting. You can do the exact same thing with Webex, you don't need to install the Webex Meetings app to join/share in a Webex meeting, that supports plugins also.

The function you linked to is sharing to the meeting, not the device in the room - not the same thing. 

Create the meeting on Webex, join whatever video endpoints you want, and then if you want to share from your laptop just join the Webex with your laptop and you can share any app/desktop to the meeting, no apps or wires required.
