Hi,
We have 2 users not appearing in the Jabber directory. The environment is active directory synchronised.
And the users are appearing in CUCM AD synced users. But when Jabber directory tries to find the users , they are not visible. The users themselves are able to see all the users.

Hi,
Issue was resolved yesterday, These users were stuck in migration from Lync to Jabber. Ran a script to move the users to Jabber . All good now.

How is the directory integration configured in Jabber?

Hi Jamie,
It is through the UC profile and LDAP integration. Use Logged On User Credential is selected.

Are these users all in the same domain ? If Yes, can you configure the search base to parent GC.
