Spark call connector downloading infinite

Que tal team de communities, a alguien le ha tocado este problema con spark, tenemos un cliente y estamos en plena instalación de Spark en conjunto de CUCM como servicios de hybrid,

La situación está de la siguiente manera:

1-. La parte de los certificados ya se realizó.

2-. La conexión de Expressway Hybrid al Cloud Collaboration Management es donde se están presentando los problemas

·         Managment Connector : se conecta pero nos presenta un error

·         Call Service se queda descargando y no avanza

Acciones realizadas:

·         Se a realizo rollback de version del Managment Connector.

·         Se dio reset y reboot al expressway hybrid.

·         Se desactivaron los servicios de call service y se volvieron a levantar.

·         Se volvió a cargar el certificado de Cisco.

Por otra parte, las personas encargadas de los DNS externos, no pueden levantar el TXT Record.

Actions done:

· I made a rollback version of the Managment Connector.

· Call service services were deactivated and raised again.
· The Cisco certificate was reloaded.

On the other hand, the people in charge of the external DNS, can not raise the TXT Record.
