Why can't we receive a timely response to escalated Spark support request HD0009610531. Spark support is not nearly as responsive as Cisco TAC

Spark and WebEx support is a joke indeed. The engineers have no idea how to deal with cases that are not how-to questions. Not to mention the terrible way the interaction is organized.
