Dear Cisco Community,
I use Jabber to make phone calls. When I am connected to more than one call at a time, music plays on the calls I'm not currently talking on. Does anyone know how to stop the music?
I've looked through Jabber application settings and a webpage called the Content Unified Communications Self Care Portal, but I haven't found anything related to hold music (maybe I'm looking in the wrong place). I've also searched this forum and in general online but haven't been able to find an answer. I found this page which talks about using a Cisco Unified Communications Manager, but I unfortunately don't have that. I only have Jabber. I also found this page, but I don't know what the acronyms mean so I can't tell if it's relevant.
I apologize in advance for my ignorance because I don't know much about Cisco software.
