We are adding 9 to incoming calls via service peramiter, and not adding it when it is sent to voice mail.
Our issue is with mobile connect when the cell phone rings the number contains the 9 on the cell phone as well. Where this is fine for the desk phones to allow call back, on the cell phones this creates a issue for returning calls.
Anyone know if there is a way to strip the 9 when sending to mobile connect?

One option would be to put a Calling Party Transformation on the gateway/trunk in CUCM that transforms the CgPI before sending it to the PSTN. If you prefer to do it on IOS you can do the same thing with a voice translation-profile on the dial-peer.
