SX20 problem registering to webex cloud

Ran into problem registering a SX20 to the WebEx cloud.  Error indicates some kind of timeout when registering.  Have checked document on ports that need to be open on the firewall and have been told they are fine.

The SX20 is running TC7.3.5 code.  

What is the minimum code level the SX needs to be at to successfully register?

Your software version is too low. Needs to be higher at least CE 8.3.4

and the caveats when upgrading to CE 8.X or higher you will lose the remote control TRC5 support and you might need to hop to an intermediate TC release before the higher CE versions.
