I routinely have the responsibility to take attendance and moderate a meeting through webex, and I'd like to know if WebEx has considered this responsibility. The Participants List is particularly challenging to use as there is no means to export the list, log changes to the list, and the list is presented in alphabetical order. So it is particularly challenging to even identify a new participant upon hearing the joining blip.
Enabling user recorded name announcement would be overly disruptive to the meeting.
I'd like to know if anyone has determined any creative solutions to this problem.
