The Meetings of MeetingPlace migrate to CWMS

Hi,

I am thinking how can I migrate the existing meetings of MeetingPlace to new CWMS.

Any API of CWMS for creating meeting?
Is it possible that I write a program to query the MeetingPlace' Web Server DB to call the CWMS API for cloning the meetings?
Is it possible that I call the EWS to update the users' Exchange schedules from MP to CWMS format?

Migration of meetings from MeetingPlace to CWMS is not possible.
