So this is the second 13th day of the month on a Thursday in a row that our conference control center shows 0 meetings under all fields. We first saw this on 9/13 and it did not reoccur till today 12/13. We can change the search to 12/12 or 12/14 and we see meetings like normal. There were over 20 meetings scheduled for today using the same methods as other days. On 9/13 we were running version 13.2 now we have upgraded to 13.2.2. Has anyone else run into this?
13th days of the month that are not on a Thursday work fine.
Crazy... Has anyone else run into this?

kscottn11,
That is a strange situation -- thanks for sharing the screenshots with us. Maybe other community members have experienced similar problems and can chime in on this thread. In the meantime, I recommend you post this and future technical support questions to the Cisco Telepresence Support Community (https://supportforums.cisco.com/index.jspahttps://supportforums.cisco.com/community/netpro/collaboration-voice-video/telepresence) where our Cisco technical support experts provide debugging assistance. Another option is to open a ticket with the Cisco Technical Assistance Center (www.cisco.com/go/support) to get expert debugging assistance and to find out if this is a known issue.
We do encourage you to participate in the Cisco Collaboration Community and to also join our Cisco Collaboration User Group program! In the community, we encourage your discussion/sharing around collaboration topics and Cisco Collaboration Solutions, including business and IT requirements, industry trends, process, culture/organization issues, how collaboration can be used to transform businesses, vendor selection, adoption, training, architecture, licensing, and product features/functionality. If you are a customer or partner, you can also join the user group program to be eligible for member-only events and influence product direction.
We hope to hear from you again.
