One of our customers came up with a new requirement, they want to transfer the CVI feature from the Existing O365 tenant to another tenant. I found some documents to delete the CVI from one tenant and use the normal procedure to register CVI to a new tenant.

If I delete the tenant from the control hub, whether it will affect existing licenses or not, and can I setup a new CVI from there itself?
Can anyone suggest any other alternative method to transfer the CVI to another tenant?
