Troubleshooting CMS Admin interface

Hello,

We are using CMS build version 2.2.8.

I am looking for doc on troubleshooting CMS admin interface.

When we go into the cms admin GUI and click on "New Users List", we see the message "Building Report" flash and disappear.

Nothing happens then.

I would appreciate pointers to docs, recommendations for relevant logs to enable etc. Under "Detailed Tracing" on CMS call bridge GUI, I don't see anything that would capture the admin GUI stuff.
