I have a requirement to display two different caller ID from the same calling number eg."Mr Smith" for his team members and "Mr. Smith Department" for rest of the users in the organization while he is making a call. Is this possible? If yes, can anyone give some idea how can i accomplish this request.

Use two extension on the his phone. The first one to call his team member and configure the caller ID as Mr.Smith. and another extensions to call other users. One this second extensions configure the caller-id Mr. Smith Department.
When calling from second line to show the primary calling number do some translation . so that other users will still see his primary number and the name as Mr. Smith Department.

The short answer is no, CUCM cannot do this. As @Nithin Eluvathingal suggested, the only thing I can think of would be to have two DNs with different Alerting Names and Display Names (Caller ID).
