Dear All Experts,
One of our customer requirement is two factor authentication for Jabber MRA and webex from external.
We have deployed on premises webex and Jabber MRA, customer is asking whether two factor authentication is possible with both application from internet.
Like some sort of token or PIN first customer will enter then it should authenticate from Active directory. Kindly advise

Hi Muhammad,
CWMS supports SAML for SSO authentication. However, if any of the IdP solutions can provide what you are looking for, that would need to be investigated on IdP side and if it supports it or not. Unfortunately, this is outside the scope of CWMS and is not regulated by CWMS.

Hi Muhammad,
CWMS (Cisco WebEx Meetings Server - WebEx on-premise) doesn't offer/support two factor authentication.

Thanks for your reply.
I have received the following information from WebEx team.
CWMS support Single Sign-On using SAML. So for SAML SSO how you do your authentication is up to you. So if your IdP (Identity provider like a Identity access management system) supports 2 factor authentication then it’s a yes.
