Hi there!
We developed an integration with Cisco Umbrella and ran into a bug when using the base URI as suggested in the docs (https://management.api.umbrella.com/v1) - sometimes the response that was returned is "invalid credentials". After looking into it, we hardcoded the region into the URL (https://api.eu.reports.umbrella.com/api_endpoint instead of the base URL) and then it started to work. When I edited eu -> us in the URL, I again received 401 invalid creds.
With the above said, I have some questions:
1) How does the base URI work - is my assumption that it is a load balancer of some kind correct? is there a way to know to which region it will resolve? Is it expected behavior?
2) Is it possible to share all the available region endpoints so we may expose them? That way we can manually select the region and insert it to the URL in the correct place? so far I know that eu and us work.
Thank you!

You're posting in the UC/Collaboration forum, suggest you post this in a relevant area/forum, no idea if Umbrella is covered at CSC, otherwise, they might have their own dedicated forum/support channels for this.

Hi Jaime,
Thanks for the response.
I will try to submit my question in a different forum then - I found that cloud security has a lot of questions regarding Umbrella.
