While logging into the unified attendant console getting the below error "You are unable to login because a server cannot be located" .

The same server can be accessed from a different machine, whichever the machine having the 21H1 OS facing the same issue.

Configuration looks good.

Any suggestion on this?

Yasir@1995 did you verify that computer can ping the server address?  It's possible there isn't a network path from the computer with the attendant console loaded but the other computer you're testing from does have a network path.

we have checked the ping from the machine to the server, the ping was successful.

We are facing this issue after upgrading the OS.

I have a troubleshooting guide we use when we have problems.  Pasting the info below.  Rather lengthy but hopefully something in this will help you with your problem.

Troubleshoot Invalid Extension Error or License File Error for Cisco Unified Attendant Console Standard

NOTE:  Check Cisco online release notes for compatibility between Attendant Console and Windows 10

In CUCM go to User management>select the application user and check following

  • Controlled Devices:  check that device names are correct
  • Permission Information: Include required roles are included based on installation guide

On Attendant Console PC

  • Check that software for TSP and Attendant Console are installed
  • Phones and Modem options:  On Advanced Tab verify that Cisco TSP is a Provider (only 1 listed); can try to add manually; should by default be listed in Add Provider box; if not will need to research steps to add
  • Open Cisco TSP Configuration program from Program Menu
    • Telephony provider should be listed
    • Select Configure
      • Check that User should be CUAC4>check password/reenter
      • CTI Manager Tab>should be IP address for CUCM
      • Trace Tab>enable if needed for future reference
    • Check that receptionist has Windows file permissions for Full Control, Modify and Write on following directories
      • \ProgramFiles (x86)\Cisco\Unified Attendant Console Standard
      • \Users\<windows user name>\AppData\Roaming\CUACSLayout
      • \Users\<windows user name>\AppData\Roaming\CUACSLogging
      • \ProgramData\CUACS

      • \ProgramFiles (x86)\Cisco\Unified Attendant Console Standard
      • \Users\<windows user name>\AppData\Roaming\CUACSLayout
      • \ProgramData\CUACS
    • Firewall must have exceptions for:
      • Two-way TCP ports:

      • Two-way UDP ports:

Thank you for your quick response.

I have modified host, host.sam files on the new machine. Now I am able to access the CUACA.
