Hi All,
When I am trying to pull the logs from the CUCM , unable to pull the logs.
I have attached the error below.
Enabled the tracing on the IMP nodes.

Can you resolve the name of the server on the client where you run RTMT? Are there anything in between the client and the server that could block/control what traffic is allowed, like a firewall or L3 device with ACL?

Try a restart of these services:
Verify connectivity between the Windows machine where RTMT runs and the CUCM servers. If connectivity is fine, make sure that the DNS services are working fine within your network.
Finally, you can try modifying the file C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts and add at the end:
IP_of_CUCM_1 FQDN_CUCM_1
IP_of_CUCM_2 FQDN_CUCM_2
IP_of_CUCM_3 FQDN_CUCM_3
IP_of_CUPS_1 FQDN_CUPS_1

I have the same issue with RTMT and CUCM 14. None of the above solutions did work.
Any other ideas ?
