Unable to Configure Cisco TSP with Windows phone dialer in window 10

I'm not able to register Cisco TSP 12.5 with window 10 phone dialer.

Also i'm using CUCM 12.5 for that. And also do we need to install wave media driver for that separately.

As i'm not able to find the driver file "OEMSETUP.inf" in windows directory.

Please suggest something.

Hi Bakaullah!

What is the error that you are seeing while installing the TSP?

Have you created an application user on the CUCM for the TSP instance?

What will be the TSP purpose once installed in the Windows 10 machine, this is important to know so you the application user associated to the TSP has the correct roles configured.

Hi Bakaullah!

Is that the error? "Failed to connect with CTI Manager", then please make sure that if the Windows 10 was recently upgraded, there is this defect going around affecting the TSP https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCuw55248, the best way to proceed is to reinstall the TAPI application.

I have also try this in windows 7 32 bit & 64bit in both getting same error, I'm stuck from last 2 months. Please suggest me the exact solution if you have...
