Unable to enable SSO on Unity connection

Enable SSO option is greyed out in Unity connection on both nodes. Please check the attached image.unity sso error.JPG On CLI it also shows disabled:  

admin:utils sso status
SSO Status: Disabled

Issue got resolved after adding Administrator user in Unity connection. There wasn't any admin user before that.

I resolved the issue by importing the LDAP user as the administrator user. Adding the local Administrator user wouldn't have helped in this case.

I don't know why this is a "surprise". This is mentioned in the configuration and quick start guide for CUC:
