Unable to enable SSO on Unity connection

Enable SSO option is greyed out in Unity connection on both nodes. Please check the attached image. On CLI it also shows disabled:

SSO Status: Disabled

Issue got resolved after adding Administrator user in Unity connection. There wasn't any admin user before that.

I resolved the issue by importing the LDAP user as the administrator user. Adding the local Administrator user wouldn't have helped in this case.

I don't know why this is a "surprise". This is mentioned in the configuration and quick start guide for CUC:
