Unable to See Online contacts

     Hi ,

I am seeing contacts as offline in Jabber eventhough they are actually online so i cant chat with them .

and my status is showing as available to me but offline to others . ( Jabber--windows OS )

Pls Help.

When you check the IM address by Rightclick on contact > View profile. The "IM
Address:" value does  match the value in CUP for the affected contact. ?

its resolved..i unchecked view--> accessible presence option..now its working fine.
