Hi Community,
I'm having an issue isolated to two users here in the company. We recently removed UM policies assigned to all employees on the exchange side. I removed the Exchange UM VM profile and set up the accept and relay feature under message actions to relay the messages. It seems to be working for the majority of employees except for two high level users. Both of their mailboxes are on prem and email address in relay field is spelled correctly. Any idea why just these two would not be getting their voicemails sent to email?

Thanks for the reply. I was able to run the command and can confirm that the test message was sent to the users outlook inbox successfully. Not quite sure how that's going through bu the accept and relay option isn't?
