Unity Connection caught as Spam by O365

We recently converted to Office365 for email, from in house Exchange, and are having problems with 365 catching voicemails as spam and not delivering in a timely manner. Unity is set up use username@servername for the SMTP address, but "Generate SMTP Proxy Address From Corporate Email Address" is checked. It has the correct email to send the email to, but the return email is "UnityConnection@servername" not a valid email, so it gets caught. What can be done to resolve this issue?

Admittedly not a direct answer to your question; but, why are you using SMTP Relay instead of Single Inbox? SIB would be a better user experience and should be immune from those checks.

You need to ask the administrator to white list all emails from @servername
