Unity Connection Multiple Unified Messaging Services

Hi Folks,

We are looking at implementing Unified Messaging for our users on our v11.5 cluster.  Some of our users are Exchange on-premise users and others are Exchange online (O365).  Can we set up multiple Unified Messaging services whereby our O365 users use the O365 UM service and the On-prem users use the Exchange/BPOS-D service?

Hi Charles... Yes, you can do that.

You can create multiple UM services. Until you actually associate any user account to the service, the service itself has no use. So, you can have one for O365 and one for on-prem and complete user association based on where their account resides (O365 or on-prem AD)
