Users cannot sign into CUCI after name change

I've got two users who are unable to sign-in to Cisco UC Integration for Microsoft Lync after their names changed (both got married recently). We are using CUCI version 10.6.  Their names and login accounts have all been changed in Active Directory.  But now they both get an error stating: The telephony configuration settings are invalid.  They can't sign in with their old login names either.  I've checked the server IP settings, and they are correct (that part never changed).  Initially, I thought everything just needed time to synchronize, but it has now been several weeks for one user, and even longer for the other.  I've also initiated a manual sync with Active Directory multiple times.  Am I missing a step somewhere?

Please check the below:-

1) If the CSF device has the end user associated with it in line level and device level configuration.

2) The CSF device is in the controlled device list in the end user page.

3) Delete the cache in the end user PC at appdata local and roaming folders.
