Has anyone used Cisco Prime as a source to push/pull data? Specifcally between provisioning and the Workday application?
Our process in prime auto assigns a free extension when provisioning services to the end user. CUCM sync's accounts from AD. AD Sync's its information from workday. We are looking for a way to get that phone number prime assigns into workday after prime assigns it.
Not sure if anyone has done something like this in their environment using AXL or a way to push a flat file out of Prime with users/lines. Our workday folks say they can receive a falt file and parse the info for import into their systems. That seems like the preferred method by them but looking to see what others may have done out in the world.
