Hi,
I have a subscriber who's jabber is stuck in "in a meeting" it's version 11 client on a Windows 10 workstation. I've tried deleting the AppData local and roaming cache which doesn't fix it.
Here's the thing. It's not a custom status. He has no option to delete custom status. I have no idea where it's coming from, or how it got there. Nor does he, he said he's never set a custom status, he only uses available or away.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Do you have IM&P integrated with Exchange for calendaring??? Or does he have calendaring enabled on his Jabber client??
If so, that's probably the reason for this.

Hi Jaime,
We have it synched with Outlook calendar. Are you suggesting he's got a calendar event hanging it up?
Thank you, Ross

Jabber has two sources for "In a meeting" status. One is from IM&P Exchange integration, another on is local outlook. With IM&P Exchange integration takes precedence.
If IM&P exchange integration is configured, make sure it is fully functional and working, otherwise it will mess up the local "in a meeting" status.
And if there is only Windows PC in the network, there is really no need for Exchange Gateway in IM&P the local outlook integration suffices for "In a meeting" status.
Please make sure "Use Exchanged Cache Mode" and "Download shared folders" are checked

Thanks MD Hasan,
This is extremely strange. The boxes are checked and we've uninstalled and re-installed the software. Still the same issue. "In Meeting" and we cannot change it.

In such case, I suspect this is possibly something wrong at the IM&P Server side where the status is stuck.Simple way to check is to use Jabber from another PC, but use the same user to login. You'll see the stuck "in a meeting".
Once confirmed,
A few suspect is, dbreplication or roaster table isn't correct.
Without digging details, simplest might be just to reboot the IM&P Cluster (Please consider downtime). Fixing dbreplication or roaster table can be quite complex and requires fair understanding on the steps.

Hi Md_Hasan,
We have a maintenance window for this weekend, does this require a full server reboot or can we reset a service?
Thank you,
Ross
