Hi
Recently BE6K has been deployed with Jabber Clients in our customer premises. Video Quality of Jabber is not good, tried to check the quality of Cameras using Skype and quality is good. Is their any configuration required to enhance the video quality. What could be the possible reasons for the same. CUCM 11.0, IM&P 11.0 deployed with Jabber 11.6

What bandwidth you have set under region for video calls ?

We have used system default as maximum bit rate for video calls. Calls are being tested on the LAN only.
