Hi everybody,
Recently I am going to config a Webex Teams with CUCM
that is an internal connection between CUCM and Webex teams desktop client
Calling is fine. However, the voicemail button does not come out (attached the image)
If look at the Health Checker, Voicemail server shows
Status: Disconnected
Error: uc credential is not verified
Anybody can help?
Thanks in advance
Sam

I just resolved this issue for our organization. We have SSO enabled on our Call Manager & Unity Clusters. For us, it was the lack of OAuth Enabled and Authz configured on our Unity Cluster that caused the Visual Voicemail icon to not show. Here is an article from Cisco on how to configure OAuth for reference. Also, a helpful tool inside Webex is the Health Checker Tool. To access, click your profile image, select Help, and then select Health Checker.

Having the same problem described above, however SSO is not enabled.
Any tips?

The issue was fixed by following the steps already depicted in this post (no difference if SSO is enabled or not).
1) CUC:
a. Configured Authz server (ip address of CUCM)
b. Enabling OAuth with Refresh Login Flow (under Enterprise Parameters)
2) CUCM:
a. Enabling OAuth with Refresh Login Flow (under Enterprise Parameters)
b. Set Credentials source for voicemail service (Service Profile) as “Unified CM – IM and Presence”
Additional step to make it work when connected thru MRA was uploading the CUC certificates into the Exp-C.
Resetting Webex App may be needed.
Hope this helps.
