we have a CUCM, CUC and CUP in version 8.6, configure Cisco Jabber for windows with voice mail all is working only the voicemail notifier (mwi) not work, we change in CUC Class of Service (Voice Mail User COS) and check

1.Does connection status in jabber shows voice mail connected?is there and error like connection rejected.
2.What is the ip address and ports used in Unity and mailstore servers.It should be same.
3.try telneting port 143 and 443 with unity ip address for eg telnet 192.168.1.100 143 and 192.168.1.100 where 192.168.1.100 is unity ip address.sometimes ports are blocked which doesnt let jabber client to download the voicemails.
