Hello, the phone is powered by POE and the computer is directly connected to the phone. We are entering the IP under Chrome or Edge and there is an error the site cant be reached. Thanks!

Then you should have phones with MPP software and by the sound you likely have Enterprise software on it/them.

If you powered the phone using PoE I am supposing you connected the phone in a switch? If you did, you need to check the IP address the phone got, connect the PC on the same vlan and try from there.
You are probably using the port that is used to share the network connection between the phone and PC.

The phone is connected directly to the PoE switch, the computer is connected to the port of the phone. I also tried with the computer connected to the same switch. all the same.

But which IP address are you using to connect to the phone?
Is the phone getting IP from DHCP server?

I am using the IP address from the phone settings.
Yes, the phone got this IP by itself.

You probably need to add this device to Cisco Call Manager, that´s why you are not able to access the web interface.

If it’s a device that has Enterprise software on it the web server would be disabled by default. You’ll need to have the device connect to Communication Manager to download its configuration and set the web server to enabled in the device configuration in CM.
