WebEx 2.7 on Prem transfer files

Hi, Support Community.

Does anybody know whether it possible to transfer files from remote desktop like it can be done using team-viewer, RDP or smth.

Hi Fedor,

Only if the person whose desktop you are accessing is using File > Transfer option within the meeting to share a file. (and if this is enabled on CWMS > Settings > Meetings)

Maybe you know if some other webex versions or products support file transfer (lets say, we have a session with debug capture, and pcap file is on supported file type for sharing).

Nonetheless, I need to download it on my PC.

Only WebEx SaaS ( more precise: WebEx Support Center) has the option for that:

No one of on-prem webex doesn't have feature ?

Unfortunately, not. CWMS supports only WebEx Meeting Center session type and not Support Center. So this is not possible on CWMS (on-prem).
