Hello,
with the All In One Webex app, is there a possibility that the app works without internet. I can log in with Jabber even if the company has no connection to the internet.

Just as a side note.
You can start the Webex app without internet. The phone services to the UCM connect anyway. Chat and presence via Webex is then not possible, of course. The credentials of Webex remain stored until you clear the cache of the application or reset the application.

In that case you better stay with the Jabber Applications.

We have a need for Webex to be able to be installed such that it fully functions as an on prem client only. We have centers that we host using Jabber today that we would like to transition to Webex app however, they do not have an internet connection. They won't have an internet connection. In those cases, where they need to launch Webex and bind to our CallManager, how do they deploy? There should be a way to install Webex using the msi installer and some flags to tell Webex, to launch, perform CallManager service discovery, and get signed in as a phone client with no meetings, messaging, etc... None of the documentation I've read seems to point to a way to do that. They all require that initial brokerage to be Webex in the cloud before you can proceed to anything else.

Webex needs to authenticate with the cloud services, so it doesn’t work in an off the internet environment.

The Webex app requires an internet connection for login, as it authenticates via the cloud. Once logged in and connected to the local network, the phone service can connect to the on-prem UCM.
However Without internet access, the app won’t open.
If internet isn’t available for end users, stick with Jabber.
