I have a user who keeps getting this error. "You have exceeded the number of failed sign-in attempts. Sign in using your WebEx site and enter the displayed CAPTCHA text".
We go to WebEx site, enter the captcha phase and can get logged in but the very next day or hours later the same error pops up when she goes to setup a meeting.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the productivity tools. Cleared passwords on IE and reset IE. Issue keeps coming back.
WebEx server is on prem, not the cloud, running 3.0.
Has anyone else run across this issue and can recommend some other things to try.
