Hi,
Is it possible somehow to save Jabber call history to a text file?
I would like to create a statistics about the daily calls but the DB file created by the version 11.9 is unreadable by any lightweight SQL browser and count this history manually is problematic, I can make mistakes easily.
Thanks.

Not that I'm aware of, you can get all that data from CDR/CAR

As was mentioned, you can use call accounting software to achieve this. I've written a package called VoIP Detective that will interpret the CDR / CMR data for you, make graphs, as well as allow you to download the data in excel format.
There is a free version that retains 7 days worth of data, so it's easy to take it for a spin. You can download it at https://www.voipdetective.com

Hi,
We have an easy to use cloud-based application Call Record Analyzer (CRA) that allows visibility into a call history:
https://www.callrecordanalyzer.com/
You can easily see call statistics in CRA for a specific time frame, specific phone number or set of numbers, or just a device.
(Calls received, calls made, all calls etc..)
You can also create a user that would only have access to search for a specific number.
Take a look and hopefully, you will find it useful.
