Hello,
Yes, external attendees can present into the meeting from the internet through the IRP. They will also be able to join via PC audio and webcam video through the meeting room to share audio and video. Alternately, they will be able to dial into/call back with the meeting if there is PSTN access to the CWMS system.
Thanks,
Derek Johnson

Hello,
1. There is currently no integration between the corporate network audio/video (hosted on meetingplace) and the WebEx audio/video (either to hosted webex audio or PC audio/video). These separate bridges cannot be integrated together using the MP + WebEx solution.
2. If the original host of the WebEx meeting is the iPad (meeting is started from the iPad or iPad is the first host/presenter to join) then they will be able to share. If presenter is assigned to another user besides the iPad host for any reason, it cannot be assigned back to the iPad. This is a limitation of the current WebEx site version that prevents presenter from being passed to an iPad attendee.
Thanks,

Thanks Dereck for the answer.
I have read about CWMS + IRP intregration to allow external user to sign in and join meeting without a VPN Connection. Thinking in a new deployment model, are those user (PC or IPAD) going to be able to send audio/video from internet to the corporate network?
Thanks in advance
