Webex Connect audio settings

Hi,

We are deploying Webex Connect 7.0.2 and have noticed that it is not possible to send the audio for ringer to the PC speakers and the audio for the conversation to the headset.

The problem is that when the headset is connected you do not here the ringer since the audio for this ringer is also routed to the headset...

Anybody who knows if this is a known issue / as designed?

Yes, this is a limitation in Connect C7. There will be no enhancement in the next C7.1 release, however, it is planned to be modified in the Jabber for Windows release at the end of the year.
